Synopsis

The documentary starts with describing of the technology that they claim has been 'buried and hidden, despite of its ability of gas mileage improvement in cars and also reducing oil consumption'. This technology is simply the Garrett Water Carburettor that electrolyses hydrogen from water using electricity. Demonstrations of the Garrett routinely fail to note that it requires an energy source in order to run. See the water powered car. The film then continues to show that the oil companies consistently act in the best interests of their share holders rather than as altruistic organisations. [1]
